Sometimes finishing projects specially if you're working like 3 to 4 projects with almost the same turn around time is like reaching the finish line when you're still in the first lap.. It's just a matter of time management for the designers.. I, myself had my rough times when I can't finish a project on time. But at least let the client know what's up and you should set a standard for your self that you must at least finish 80% of all your projects on time.
