haha.. classic... a complaint about shitty designers and a shitty designer whoring himself out for peanuts is the first to reply and give lectures on good business sense.
bottom line... most self employed people making under six figures a year are self employed because they are unemployable to begin with,... they don't like authority, they don't like rules, they don't like schedules, they don't like someone managing them etc with and that's part of what you have to deal with when dealing with that type of person.
