    Why do shitty designers do this?

    I send everything and they say "I'll do it in 2 days" They disappear for 2 weeks and come back with a crap product. So I have them do it properly as it should be done. They finish, and after 3 weeks of bullshit, DEMAND payment IMMEDIATELY even though they ignored my icqs for weeks.

    How is it okay that they fuck off and leave me hanging, but when I decide "nah fuck you I'll pay you when I feel like it" that's not kosher?

                                                                              designers are not the only ones doing that .. article writers, programmers and many others pull crap like that and their excuse is that their connection fucked up, the hard drive crashed their house burned, they were reposed, a natural disaster happened.... I am tired of all that bullshit .. I am looking different people to work for me...nuff of all the bullcrap! ...

                                                                                          bottom line... most self employed people making under six figures a year are self employed because they are unemployable to begin with,... they don't like authority, they don't like rules, they don't like schedules, they don't like someone managing them etc with and that's part of what you have to deal with when dealing with that type of person.

I would think you could even find someone part time for 2k month that would be reliable and better.

                                                                                                                              When you do find a good one, make sure you pay him/her a little bonus
                                                                                                                              now and then. They wont fuck you over so much lol. Most of the people
                                                                                                                              you are trying and using probably are overselling their time.

                                                                                                                                              Sometimes finishing projects specially if you're working like 3 to 4 projects with almost the same turn around time is like reaching the finish line when you're still in the first lap.. It's just a matter of time management for the designers.. I, myself had my rough times when I can't finish a project on time. But at least let the client know what's up and you should set a standard for your self that you must at least finish 80% of all your projects on time.
