                I totally agree. What is even worse though is when you agree on a price, say even $500 for a domain, and the guy cancels on you cause of this mentality:

                "If he is willing to pay $500 for it, it must be worth more"

                    Playing Devil's Advocate.. sometimes he's right. You might know something that he doesn't, and it's in his own best interest probably to wait.. and research it a bit.

                    If he agreed on the price tho, that's different and he should accept it.
