CMS, TGP and Tube Script Wanted

I'm starting to think about possibly started to consider the idea of playing with paysites (Currently all I do is Live Cams), and since I am far to busy to deal with building galleries and updating etc etc it's obvious I need a CMS.

Now, I've done a few searches on here to see what everyone is saying but it turns out most of the threads were quite old, so I would like to see what fresh info there is, This is what I'm looking for.

Cost effective - Initially since I'm just playing with this idea, I'm thinking I would wanna spend $150 on a CMS, or maybe as much as $200. That rules out SiteDepth and Masion obviously.

Easy Install - I don't have the patience to dick around with fussy installs... it should either be simple, or provided by the company that sells the CMS.

Content - I'm just talking photo galleries and videos here... I would want photos when clicked to open into an HTML page rather then the .jpg extension. And videos, I would want them to be easily viewed... Click the thumb of the video and a page opens with the movie playing on it.

Obviously an index of the galleries would need to be created and updated simotaneously as galleries and vids are added, and it would be nice to be able to tag galleries so users could search.

It would be cool if I could setup an update schedule so I can just upload the content etc and tell it when to actuall add new stuff, but that would be a perk, not a must have feature.

Other then that, it's all I need so if anyone has any suggestions please post them, I would appreciate it... or if you're a programmer and this would be a nice easy job for you, speak up.

I'm also curious about Tube scripts (for internal use NOT content theft etc) and TGP scripts that fall into the same "Cost Effective, Easy Install" category as mentioned above, so again feel free to share your thoughts and knowledge.

Good things...
