I'm very surprised at the level of animosity towards Ray Guhn and his partners/co-workers from people in this industry.
The justice system in this country presumes him to be innocent until proven guilty and I think we should do the same.
All the sensationalism by the media and the local prosecutors is just that....sometimes the arrest and headlines are all they need, not necessarily a conviction.
They leak whatever they want to the media who print or air it happily because it's good for ratings, and then nobody ever really cares that everything was trumped up and exagerrated and when the defendant walks the sheriff and the prosecutor get to blame the "liberal activist judges"....not the fact that they didn't have the evidence to support their ridiculous charges.
I really believe these people deserve the benefit of the doubt. Just because you heard from someone that heard from someone who talked to someone who knows someone who had a drink with someone.....doesn't mean you know the FACTS OF THE CASE. It's all just rumors and conjecture at this point and we shouldn't judge Ray based on that.
