I just got 3 sales notification from CCBill sent on the 25th of November and now my November balance is $155 lighter than when I checked last night. There are no chargebacks recorded so this has got be perplexed and pissed. Anyone got a solid CCbill contact?

Same thing here. A couple of sales notifications from 24th and 25th arrived this afternoon. Total currently showing for November is about $550 short, -13 rebills, -24 new signups.Comment

We had a problem with the way sales were reported for the last billing week (23rd Nov - 29th). Last night we had to re-import the sales into the reports which would have caused another sales notification email to be sent out for sales during that time.
Rest assured that none of this would have caused a problem with our ability to track or process sales.
