If somebody likes to book a tour as a none existing member we try to sell him a membership for the website, and the webmaster gets paid for these sales...
We only offer tours to existing members who like to perform on camera. This is a non profit activity for us. So we are not paying the webmaster, because there is no profit and we are just shooting content this way....
