    shit, seems alot of new stuff now,, been reading up on another board.. looks like new laws start as early as thursday this week & that fbi started yesterday on random 2257 inspections.

              Which seems to mean, back to square one. Any images displayed from ones server must be 2257 compliant (which is a complicated process) and these records must be held at ones place of business, available for inspection a minimum of 20 hours per week. I am speaking of being a "secondary producer", which I am. Someone will correct me if I am wrong.

              Fornunately I have made it easy for me to upload my sites without the use of images and easy to upload with the use of images if things are turned around. I am in the process of uploading without the use of images.

                  But, keep in mind that "square one" started June 23, of 2005 - so...it isn't as though people haven't had the time to get ready.
