    Ok, serious off topic question...comedians

    How many have seen popular comedians live? I wanted to go see Brian Regan last Friday night but didn't make. Are the shows worth going to or is it just as good seeing them on TV?

    Believe it or not, I'm serious because part of me is kicking myself for not going and I'm trying to tell myself that it is ok and I did not miss out on too much.

      if its a good comedian you will see them tell some wild shit you definitely wont see on tv..

      i've seen dozens of comics live at the improv.. i think the most popular i have seen are tim allen, michael richards (kramer from seinfeld), dane cook, colin quinn..

      i love going to comedy clubs.. if you havent done it, start.. its cheap entertainment.. check out goldstarevents.com.. you have to signup free but they email out free/cheap tix to tons of shows
