from Hockey just got my finally scans done and I have bulging disc and a small fracture to my T3 vertebra and my doctor told me no more not this year not next year not ever, but the pills he gave me are nice

Ahhh that sucks, sorry to hear that. A buddy of mine is 74 and still plays hockey 4x a week... He played goal until he was 72 (he stopped because it was too hard on his knees hehe!).
Have you tried any kind of rehab or is it past the point of sports therapy?Comment
