Does anyone else notice this?
Whether its in a eatery, outside your hotel room door, at the pool, in a gathering or anywhere else, black people always seem to talk the loudest and laugh the loudest even when its so not needed. Its almost like the asshole who intentionally talks loud into his cell phone so everyone can hear the whole thing.
Black women seem to be even worse about this than black men. Then every once in a while one of them lets out one of those combination shrieks/choking sounds/chicken squaks that are so loud and annoying you cant help but want to choke them.
