No... many of the FB sites have multiple tours. He is asking you to give him the address you are promoting so he can check it out and see what is going on because the address that you used to promote can have several different variables in it that could affect the final outcome. For example, your ID of course, the campaign number that you used, and the tour that you used.
All TheDoc is asking you for is the link that you are using to promote any of the FB sites. Example:
