That's what the Mitchell brothers did when the mafia was distributing behind the green door without their permission. They showed up with baseball bats and then sued the fuck out them. It was a different breed of pornographer back them, you had to be rough and tumble.Chances are you were dealing with organized crime on some level. I think also they had a I dont give a fuck attitude, to show up to someones office with baseball bats,you have to have that attitude.
You don't think people were watching when ibill showed up at a show owing millions and nothing happened to them or .xxx or acacia. True to 'some' degree.
A pattern of abuse from a site/company, and complaints from the company effected will put them in a place to be sued.
Same for those who do ANY moderation of use submitted content. So if they complaining site can prove that, the offending site is in a sling. Obviously, both can be easily proven if someone has the balls.Comment

Well my suggestion would be if you can't do anything against it well just deal with it and become a lil more innovative.Poeple please like for example why don't you start putting litle watermark on your vids at least than the users know where is the source of the content they watch.And to watermark all your vids from now on just takes 1% more of your worktime.
