2257 and Anime/Hentai/Manga etc

the 2257 is not related to Anime or Manga's (They are under the "Cartoon" section)
Only thing yo uhave to keep in mind that Japanse Manga's and Anime can contain underaged content... In Japan that is legal because of the non-reality, but I honostly don't know if that is legal in the US or anywhere else...
(I can imagine these specific content is illegal)

Check the words "actual person". I don't think 2257 applies to toons. When in doubt, check with a lawyer.

Good points there and basically what I was thinking also. Kind of why I'm a little skeptical about "toons". Depictions can be mistaken or misinterpreted. One toon could look younger than the next and before you know it court.
