                                I would say there are definately anti-semitic assholes on GFY but people have been jealous/enraged at the Jews for centuries... this forum is no different.

                                With that said, just because someone opposes what Israel is doing now doesnt mean they are against Jews.

                                Another point is when people run their mouths without thinking, they may alienate potential business here. That is pure stupidity.

A few facts: lots of jews have been PROTECTED by Romanians during world war two, which you tend to forget. The number of jews saved by romanians outnumbers by far the jews killed by romainian.

You can look at the problem in any way you want - the war in Lebanon is wrong and has nothing to do with kidnapped soldiers but with stealing land from other people to move the israeli colonists there. The day US stops being a superpower is the day when Israel is doomed.

                                    And BTW that war costs Israel a lot of money to get some rocky land - so soon Israel will be a 3rd world country. The only thing they beat the fellow muslims is weapons - which are developed with US. The day Iran gets nukes will be a sad day for Israel because they won;t be able to blackmail the muslims with nuclear missiles ;).

You did not state its 'like asking a bird not to fly' but referenced it to dogs - a subsconscious belief that jews are more comparable to dogs which has a more negative connotation than say birds ie 'dirty dog' 'she was a total dog' and so on.

You can look at the problem in any way you want - the war in Lebanon is wrong and has nothing to do with kidnapped soldiers but with stealing land from other people to move the israeli colonists there. The day US stops being a superpower is the day when Israel is doomed.

The only thing they beat the fellow muslims is weapons - which are developed with US. It wouldn't suprise me to learn they did it on purpose to have a reason to start the war by upping the body count

                                                                                                                                                        The only thing I can see of importance would be if America/Israel wanted control of the whole Lebanese & Syria coastal region due to its strategical importance in the region. Other than that I don't know, I don't think Lebanon has much oil, although I suppose perhaps its just about the Land in the southern part of Lebanon
