Do not care what the people make. This is just about best burger places and there are countless mom and pop or hole in the wall burger places that are making them fresh with every order.

Non chain please, unless they are indeed your favorite.
Hell with In and Out, Burgerking, McDonald's, Carls Jr (Hardees), Jack in the box, etc. Can you get a patty cooked the way you want, i.e. medium rare or medium? Or do you always get them well done no matter what.
