NichePay.com DOESN'T PAY! WTF?

The situation is like this one:
NichePay.com had a promo day on 09/26/2008 and they payed $150 PPS. So i sent my traffic and get one signup, but in stats menu it gives me only $40. I sent message to support (DeeJ). He said to write to Anthony and explain everything, which I did. Anthony answered that he'll make it up by putting 3 signups in my stats by himself. So now i stats looked this way:
09/26/2008 433 398 1 1:398 $40.00 Site, Program, Campaign
09/27/2008 384 324 0 0:324 $0.00 Site, Program, Campaign
09/28/2008 397 345 0 0:345 $0.00 Site, Program, Campaign
09/29/2008 95 81 3 1:27 $120.00 Site, Program, Campaign

Total 1311 1150 4 1:287 $160.00 Site, Program, Campaign

But when the pay day came I didn't receive it. And my account on NichePay.com is banned for fraud!!!!! WTF?!!! SO once again I wrote to support (DeeJ), once again he redirected me to Anthony. I emailed him and sent ICQ messages a whole week and got absolutely no respond !!! I mean what kind of support is this ?!! Its not a big sum of money but its a mater of principle now ! Watch out boys and girls when you work with NichePay... if their NATS doesn't work properly you can your payment goodbye.

I'm not necessarily sticking up for the thread starter, but... you sir... are wrong! Many affiliates do not promote a certain program to begin with... hence the reason companies have promotions (to entice new and existing affiliates to sell sell sell). If the payout is high enough... shit - I'd send traffic to the program too (even if I had never heard of them before).

Its not magical signups ... I forced some traffic from my CJs EXACTLY at promo day. Is there a problem with that ?

Hey I had the exact same thing with another program.... it was a $100 PPS day and I get 3 signups... this is great! But my ratio is less than 1:100, even *I* can't believe it, and expect chargebacks, so I go out and buy some spots and throw a ton of traffic their way and not one signup after that day, my overall ratio, 1:1500+ with everything made on the promo day only.

It might sound fishy, but I can assure you it's not. Us sitting here as bystanders looking at some stats certainly don't have enough information to make any kind of decision on this issue...

Sometimes I go on a 1:15000 steak other times I get 5 signups within the first 500 hits sent.

I didnt jump to any conclusions, I asked a qustion. And thinking that its "fishy" is not saying its scamming.

My red alarm buttons went off, and so did the automated scam control they use.

I do think you need to apologise since all your posts to him were very aggressive when in fact it had nothing to do with you. Adult webmaster board or not, there is a certain level of courtesy that should be extended to people in distress, not least a bit of help.

No, "m8", he tried the usual channels, like he said in the OP, and got to a blank wall. So he came to the boards and got it resolved,

Just like that recent episode with that guy and his paypal fiasco with JaySin/Retox Josh or whatever his handle is these days. You know, the one you jumped in with all guns blazing, getting in the guy's face at any and all opportunity. That guy got his refund PDQ when it hit the boards too.
