is there a way to find out forgotten db password???

Get in FTP, download the wp-config.php file, open with notepad

The problem is i over write a wrong wp-config when i was updating, thats why i m looking for a way to find out, for makin a new wp-config file...

Log in to your Webserver control panel and reset it, or send a email to your support, and ask them to do it

can't you get the info form the host's control panel?

Cpanel only shows Db Name and User Name When You look at the mysql interface, i will check it out now by PhpMyAdmin

I would contact your host and have them do it. You probably dont have the right in the myphpadmin to do it
