What is not to be expected. Does anyone really ever think that it would be "acceptable" by society? I seemed to recall knowing for a fact that there would be very little public acceptance over what I did and no matter what it would be looked down on by people, even if they consume it. Hypocrisy is very damn normal with people and face it you are in a dirty, scummy, and immoral industry that is covered in sin.
If it also gains full on acceptance which is unlikely but if it does it will no longer have the lure it does now and that would mean less money for everyone. The less hung up society is and the more taboo what we do is, the more of a market there is for it. I praise those who do not understand and condemn it.
