I've experienced that very few times. In recent memory, once this year when I was introduced to someone out a martini bar I put my hand out and the guy wouldn't shake it. I was floored but I guess that happens sometimes.
LOL. Turns out he after hearing much more about my business he was more than willing to shake my hand months later, I guess he owns a host company that's small and failing.
Ha! karma.
