      Not a lot to say.

      They are basically useless as law enforcement officers and clueless on "people management".

      Dunno anything about the background - it "appeared" they were removing cuffs to put up a show of the "perp" offering resistance? They then start assaulting.

      Sounds like asskick out the door time from law enforcement work - and criminal assault charges.

                          theres no sound for a reason, im sure the guy was talkin shit like most criminals do when they get arrested, cops have to deal with shit stains day in and day out..

                          now im not saying we dont have our corrupt cops because we fuckin have assloads but that looks like a typical case of some piss ant mouthing off and the cop snapping and giving the dipshit whats coming.
