    Customer e-mails me 5 months later and said he never got his order???

    It was an order for $150 too. Should I should send him out another order or what? Maybe it really did get lost in the mail.

    I just wonder why he waited 5 months to contact us about this.

      We have this a lot. Beat him around the bush for another 30 days then he's past the CB threshold.

      More than likely he is bullshitting and trying to get his money back.

          yeah I get this too on my mainstream stuff, so fucking annoying, also this is why I ship everything UPS with tracking number and signatures
