Sounds more like you need a Pay Per Impression Sponsor, not pay perclick.
I think money tree use to have one ( wm.mtree.com ) .01 per banner view.

Dont place banners on forums. Best thing you can do it use textlinks and plugs for your other sites, or sell plugs for other peoples sites.

I tried MoneyTree and I highly advice not to use them. They hijack your browser. Also, the payout is much less than $0.01 per 100 impressions!
