How do you "manage your focus" across a blog network?

Speaking as a one man operation and not a team, obviously.

My network is getting to be a little too much to handle. All handwritten posts, no RSS feeds (not even morphing or re-writing), manual links trading, designing, customizing, coding blah blah blah. I do the whole kit & kaboodle. I place most of my focus on my money makers. But this comes at the expense of other blogs that have potential and could be money makers as well if I had more hours in the day or grew an extra set of hands.

I try to justify that neglect with the notion that some of these blogs are new and they aren't gonna get much SE love for a while anyway, so they can wait and "age". But I know that this is just an excuse, and it'd be that much better if they were full of posts when an SE got ahold of em.

So, for those who have several blogs and are able to "spread the love" evenly, how do you do it? I find myself just concentrating on a particular blog for a whole day and post dating updates,, and then moving on the next day. But with my network increasing, that method ain't working anymore.
