I'm a little hung over this morning (so unlike me)...but last night was so worth it....
...it started out at a local place here in Heredia called Bulevar...I met up with a girl I'd met on Myspace before I moved here. She turned out to be nice, but more friend material than anything, so my buddy and I decided to take off and hit a dance club called BoomBox. On our way out of Bulevar I was stopped but a gorgeous girl with a lip ring (you know how I like my alt girls) and after I informed her we were leaving, she insisted I take her number....cool.
It was ladies night at Boombox, so we paid the VIP cover (a whole $9) and hung there....where I happened to met a fine young lady by the name of Andrea who spoke just enough english (and I just enough spanish) to get our mutual points across....not to seem too desperate, I took her number, then told her my buddy and I were headed home. I left her disappointed but interested
Home however, was not our destination...the strip club Tango India was ....long story short....2 girls, 3 bottles of champagne and $1000 later I had one girl practically begging to be my girlfriend and wanting to come home with me (big shocker there right) and insisting I memorize her email and write her today =p
But....it was time to go home...alone...only to discover....I'd left my card in the ATM machine at the beginning of the night.....FUCK!
So, today I get up and run my ass to the bank where I left the card.....the bank was closed. Dejected, I decide to head for lunch before going back....about half way to lunch, I hear someone calling out my name.
I turn and this random guy asks me if my name is Lance....I confirm it is indeed my name....and he hands me my atm card and proceeds to tell me that he found it in the machine last night and saw me outside the bank today so he assumed I was Lance (not a big leap in this country) and chased me down.... LOL
I LOVE THIS COUNTRY!!!
