                                                                                              I came back from my vacation in Egypt a few days ago, similar stuff can be seen in Cairo most of the time, they drive slower but there is alot more cars on the streets, no lanes, very crowded.
                                                                                              Also there's a common belief that headlights "spend" electricity, so they drive with position bulbs (usually blue, ricer style) or with lights completely off, all night.. more than 70% of the cars don't use lights at complete dark, just blink all 4 turnsignals from time to time to show they're there.. weird.
