    If a company offers you 50% revshare and a 10% wm ref.

    Do you ever ask them for 60% before you signup with no wm ref?

      I'm sure many people ask.

      But it boils down to the same thing as a 30 to 40 pps sliding scale.

      It's all about volume.

                                      I don't know many that start at 50%, However as FHM said, many or negotiable from Day One. It depends on many factors whether you are going to start them at 50 or 80% (If they have a good rep, references, if you've worked with them before, etc.) I don't think it's a great idea to up the initial payout too much if this person doesn't come with some sort of "proof of quality or volume". Just my opinion though. Isn't 10% the standard going rate these days for most of the Sponsors anyhow?
