    Ibill class action suits...????

    uh.. I was just checking out ICPT's stock price & news for the day... is it my imagination or are there 5 seperate class action lawsuits being filed against Intercept? (Ibill)

    Damn. This sucks - for everyone.

    Especially them I guess. But IF they ever have to go down, they are going to take a lot peoples money (via potential rebills and reserves) with them.

    Thats 10 seperate class action suits??! Obviously these attorneys think this is "easy money" since so many of them are jumping on the same bandwagon.

      yes, from the day they bought ibill.com they got stronger day by day ... to bad I didn´t buy myself in ...

                  I wanted to make sure funkmaster wasnt out of line with that chart... I compared their performance to nasdaq (since I felt the market has been bad overall.... not fair to just say it was ICPT only)



                  But damn. Market seems pretty flatline during that time period.


                  Err no that chart above isn't very fair either.. its a 3month I think. that big dip is when they reported the missed earnings due to the Ibill/Visa registration problems.

                      very sorry to hear, i hope it all works out. you should definitely be looking at other processing options, even if it only to have waiting in the wings..

                          Argh. I'm sort of mad here.

                          Ibill was like the most solid billing company for the longest time.

                          Companies get fucking RUINED when they go public.

                          Seems to happen like all the time now.



                          Don't get me wrong tho, we and everyone we know with IBill got our wires on time this period

                          But with all this pending legal BS, they must be dealing with a lot of headaches over there.

                          I really hope they can work through it and keep it together.

                                  Just supporting the existing members these days.


                                  But it just feels like alls bad in the adult world right now.

                                  Lets see.... theres 3rd party problems, visa/mc regulations, Acacia trying to attack everyone, bad political environment, and everyone & their 16yo brother runs 12 tgps, 42 paysites & 4 sponsor programs.. ah and the fact that my grandma gets no less than 29 ads to lengthen her penis & view 'the hottest animal porn on the net!' every day probably isn't helping the industry much either.



                                  Taking all that into consideration, it just doesn't seem like the best industry for us to be in anymore
