I finally decided to start my own 'venture' and decided to make my design and get a page up, so I can start signing up for refs. But, I need some good looking ladies to put into my design, here it is:

Now, that girl is just there for an idea. Ideally, I want to have 3 to 4 girls, randomly interchanging.
Where would I find said girls? I would be more than willing to put a tag saying, "images courtesy of xxx" and add you for free to the links list (not shown)
Obviously I would REALLY appreciate it if the background was already keyed out.
