Yea, the one we are looking at is double the $$ per sq ft.

Its a great starter office where we are now, if someone wants alot of space for cheap, its perfect!

Nice price ... but Anjou's much too far out for me!

I'm thinking of renting a 3-1/2 to serve as a dedicated commercial space, so my current office space can become a mother-in-law suite/guest room.
