tube sites can't affect a FORUMS traffic.

I believe it has more to do with more people realizing toolbars are garbage.

Hey I think a two tiered approach would of been fine... the one where everyone can join and bitch and moan.... surfers included, and the hidden webmaster forums, where if you want to do biz, you can check into those forums, prequalified and approved profiles of webmasters with site names/networks.
