Customers are dealt with in order of receipt or severity. However no one expected this crazy woman to send 47 emails.

I won't paste everything because we purged it all. But a sample was "I want this. No I don't. DON'T U DARE REBILL ME ILL CONTACT MY BROTHER HE'S A BIG attourney!!!!! Wait can I get this free?"

I mean total nut job. And yes, we confirmed she was a paying customer.
Insanity, avoid it.
