        I am moving to PHX in Sep. The current plan is to rent for the first year. What is a good area to live if you need frequent access to the PHX airport. I am looking to pay around 2.5K/Month in rent. Looking for a gated community.

                                I agree, but with out knowing the area i dont want to buy. May be I will take a 6 month lease. The only time I been to PHX is for the PHX Forum, so dont know the area very well

                                                        i recommend that you come down for a weekend and look around, there are a lot of factors involved im assuming, you dont just want to get a place for 2.5k/mo., you will want to look at the location, type of dwelling, etc, you can either get a really nice place or a really nice location for that much, or a mix of each

                                                                                                            yup a good tool to look at is Craigs list cause that gave me a idea of the prices for the area and in April I came out here for 2 weeks to go to the forums and then find a place to move into may 1st. If I hadn't of worked it out with Rochard on his house the first weekend I was in town, I know I would've found some nice places in the area from that site.
