some things here don't add up on both sides.

2hp: that invoice you posted has today's date on it. doesn't look good.

dating gold: first you say the deal was for 150 sales in 30 days, then you say the deal was for 3 sales per day for 30 days which is only 90 sales. which one is it?

Also to clarify, this was not a bonus.. This was a flat rate 3 sales a day for 30 days deal. He wanted to be prepaid. Remember we are not talking about some new person here, he's been around a while, attends alot of the shows etc.

Looked more like an invoice from quicken to me, and it does auto update if you export html again.

date or no date, he's full of shit on what he was suppose to deliver. He knows he was suppose to deliver us 90 sales. I would expect Jack not to deny that but it looks like he is going there too.
