In the past century America saved Europe from the Nazis and the Soviets, saved Asia from Imperial Japan and stopped the spread of totalitarian communisism throughout the world.
Now America takes on islamic terrorism. To say the war is about oil is just plain stupid. Its about protecting America and the free world from another evil and scourge. If America does not act and rid the world of all these sponsors of global terrorism then there will be many more 911's and much worse.
