How to create an affiliate program for my site(s)?

OK I am assuming you have a CC processor? If you have ccbill it's pretty easy to get the program set up. Then you will need to create some promotional content. free hosted galleries, zipped content, banners, free sites, full &half page ads, zipped galleries (for webmasters who want to add recips). If you offer free hosted galleries/sites you need to make sure that you put your program on a server that can handle that bandwidth and then you are going to have to find someone that can help you learn how to code or hire them to code for you the yoru program site and the galleries/free sites so that affiliates can use them with their IDs. I had a webmaster who owns a TGP give me some help. Or you can always lease NATS or something but if you are just starting out that can be very pricey
