During XBiz Summer in Vegas, Did you WIN or LOOSE ?

Did you WIN or LOOSE in VEGAS ?

I lost just enough to have fun, nothing to serious. but I never won...wtf

I even walked by a roulette wheel and all the past 30 or so numbers hit RED

so I bet BLACK, 3-time's and it still landed on RED ;-(

After years of not gambling I threw in 20$ in with Luv$ and Dissapate and walked away with 80$ after we split hitting 7's on a the slots. I love how god fucks with me. LOL

i lost just under $100 on video poker, but won a poker tourney at the mansion party hosted by HoDough.com.. well, actually i didnt win.. there were four of us and we all decided to chop the $1000 pool, so i walked with $250.. but most disapointing -- i lost the $10,000 XBiz contest.. only 3 of the 10 finalists showed up, but i didnt get picked..

Some crazy person had suggested a game called 'black jack switch' or something to that effect, and I totally lost. But then again, it wasn't my money I was betting with, so that makes me feel a lil better

I'm about as bad a skill gambler as you could ever meet. I just don't have a feel for it, so I don't partake. But every time I am in Vegas (or any casino, for that matter), I indulge a silly personal ritual. At some point when I am walking across the casino floor, past the roulette table, I will drop $50 on black...just an impulse thing I do when the feeling is right...

goodgirl got me to try the Texas Holdem game at the HardRock. I think I would have had more fun just bouncing $5 chips off the dealer's head.

I pretty much stayed even for the first 2 days. Had a couple losing streaks and kept coming back up to even!

At one point, a buddy of mine told me he was staying at another hotel and the accomodations were crappy but he hit for 5K on a slot machine so, I said "FUCK IT!" - walked over to one of the slots at the Hard Rock, fed it $20 - and hit for $626 in literally 2 minutes LOL

Then, the last night I was there I played in the casino until 4am or so. I was up and down most of the night and then I won about $2400 in fifteen minutes.

I'd been playing blackjack with Izzy and KC and was just getting hammered hand after hand so I sat out a couple hands and then just put down $400 and said "this is either going to be the best move I made all night or the worst!" - BAM dealer busts, I collect my $400 winnings and my luck changed!

On my way to cash out, I put $20 in another slot machine and hit for $350 - then walked over to the high limit machines and hit for almost $1700 @ a $5 Poker Dueces Wild machine playing 5 hands at a time!

Ended up leaving Vegas UP after everything was said and done!

All and all, it was a great trip!

... and the XonDemand dinner tuesday night at Nobu was the BOMB, btw, Rob!

One of my highlights for sure, man!

First night was at New York, New York - went to see some show or something, not sure ... was Lia's idea - and ended up on the blackjack tables for a few hours. Finished up about $150 and never went near a table again.
