    Tube Content - How do you want it?

    Hi all,
    I am in the process of preparing a load of tube content (.FLV). I have some questions on how it should be made.

    What I think I'll do so far: a clip is 2 minutes long and comes with a good quality thumbnail. I was thinking 640x480 for both media.

    Should I offer the FLV in various size and quality or are they reencoded to each needs anyway? Should I offer the clip in whole and/or already cut in smaller clips (2,3,4,5...)?

    Any other stuff I'm forgetting?

              just stick with 2 minute videos and if you can host those clips yourself that would certainly help them spread.

              Then toss them into a nubiles CSV format and post up the file and you'll get onto a bunch of tubes quickly.

                                      What niche?

                                      Personally would love a 30-40 char title description, video length, 320x240 size FLV, 3-5 minutes long for each (no hardcore), hotlinkable image URL, hotlinkable FLV URL..

                                      If this is in the teen niche (not 30 year olds) then I would be definitely interested.

                                      If you have it in that format, I can get your content online very quickly.. if not, then it takes a lot of time to re-encode each video.
