    Post Show Depression is there such a thing?

    Why do I come down so hard after shows? Am I alone here?

    I just finished having my 4th shower today, I drank 6 liters of water and slept 14 hours. I still cant eat and I noticed all kinds of cuts and bruises that I have no idea how they happened.

    Makes me not want to go to any more shows but I say that everytime.

    Im just going thru my pics from the Xbiz show, I'm so glad I can censor myself, I have never delted more pics in my life.

    The Xbix show rocked this is not a hit per say at Xbix.

                                          I hate FLYING PERIOD! The whole process is tiring and so hard on the body.

                                          It was a killer club and I got to spend the night with Gracie party hopping.

                                              i made a comment that i wasnt really shopping for any programs.

                                              out of context, i can see how that might be taken the wrong way.
                                              what i meant was that i was more interested in meeting people and building relationships than i was in signing up for more programs on this trip.

                                              it was later explained to me that might have came across as 'take your program and stick it up your ass', which wasnt my intention at all.

                                              all that shit blew over tho, and im glad.

                                                      uggg. i am sick... always happens after a show... drinking, not eating right, staying out late, not sleeping well, talking over loud music, second hand smoke inhalation.. and yes, takes a few days to decompress.. but always fun, always rewarding in the business chats and the social laffs.

                                                      take some tylenol PM to force yourself to sleep, eat some bananas to replace your potassium levels, drink plenty of water, and you'll be recouped for doing this all over again at internext

I dont belive in drugs Brandon. I never take pain killers, cough medicine etc. I always just fight it out but since its you Brandon. I coming around as we speak.

Getting back into your normal routine is hard because it feels less normal and regular life tends to be less exciting. Plus, of course, there is only so much abuse your body can take.
