I gotta question for the Americans in this thread. If the Native Americans got really cheesed off and decided they wanted their land back, what would you do? Native Americans have been here for 10,000+ years...we've been around 400 years or so (that just being in the original colonies, this doesn't even count for the west and its short history).
So, would you give your land up to an Indian because they were here longer? We've done exactly what the Jews have done in Israel only far far worst. We basically committed a genocide against the indigenous population, we segregated them to reservations, and Americans are getting on their high horse and criticising what the Jews are doing? Just seems a little hypocritical to me to condemn the Jews for what they're doing now because they've been far nicer than the Americans were to the Indians.
At this point, Palestine should accept what land they get, stop fighting with Israel, and I'm sure the U.S. government will foot the bill for the next 40 years to let them grow healthy and prosperous. What land exactly are they fighting for? Jews live in Israel and the Palestinians live in the Gaza strip right? Or is it both Jews and Arabs living in the Gaza strip? Who's living there?
