I run the free hosting for my friend frankie who runs the slutcash program. I've been doing biz with him over a year (including financial transactions), and will gladly be a reference (or give other references) that he is honest. I can even give examples to the paranoid, just email me...

It isn't paranoia. Many of us have been royally screwed over by past unknown sponsors and new sponsorships too, so I think webmasters have a good reason to be a tad trepidatious. Nowadays I'm always apprehensive about trusting a sponsor enough to just send them thousands of my hard-earned hits without some kind of reference from someone I know (or know of). Your recommendation is a good idea, and no offense to you personally, but is there anyone else that's an affiliate of theirs that can confirm that they pay?

In fact, the first time I got burned by a sponsor I mentioned it on the PC bbs, and the FIRST THING some webmasters said was "why join an unknown sponsor when you've got AP, Topcash, the Wetlands and Maxcash to promote? All proven and reliable 100%"
So it's no suprise to me at all that there is a little paranoia about new sponsors.

I have to agree CDSmith-

I personally won't send to any programs unless I've either met the owners at the Internext or spent some good time on the phone. One can't be too careful, and it is true that the only figures that count are the ones you deposit in the bank... stats, schmats, it's all about the checks :-)

Put things in perspective, most large programs send their exit traffic to other large programs... now that's a testament to reliability!

I have been using slutcash for 2 months now and recieved both checks that were due to me on time. I haven't had the same results as others with conversions, but my layouts might be the cause of that.
