Well its is very rare domain name as well. One word 'Spycams'.

There is a full functional adult website called 'Spycam.tv', which makes spycams.tv valuable.

Also, I personally feel the .tv extension for these domains, makes them seem like a TV channel of live spycams, "Spy cam TV" - easy to remember great branding.
