      Im not a big tech and all.
      Wouldnt a data center best be located in a colder climate than say Texas? I figure cooling must be a major expense for most centers right?

          I'd guess the benefits of connectivity and potential business outweigh the extra cooling costs involved.

            i think he said power is cheap there because of the power options in the dallas area, mostly nuclear and coal unlike most other places its just coal so power prices can go up and down
