Honestly I don't think there's one single standout guy, but I think Lightnin Hopkins, Buddy Guy, BB King, Albert Collins, Junior Wells, Little Walter, Leadbelly, Howlin Wolf, John Lee Hooker, and most certainly Muddy Waters would have to be mentioned in the running.
