EXACTLY!!! We can't know what's working for them if they do not tell us. Some of us are in the trenches too, but it isn't our MAIN job, so we need to know these things, it's crucial.
I have always said there is no such thing as a stupid question, if you think it is, ask it anyway and we BOTH may learn something new.
