                  Your ratios are decent, but you are only making $115.50 per 2750 uniques = $.042 per click which is not too great at all.

                      That's 60% of the signup. We're too small to have a pps right now. Perhaps in the future, but it takes time, and good affiliates, to grow.

He's saying they are too small to do Pay Per Signup which means paying a big chunk on each signup regardless of how long a member stays. Requires a large bank account because initially you are paying out more than you are bringing in.
