First of all, I initially requested a bank wire, and then he said that he'd have to go down to the bank to wire it since it telephone banking isn't setup. So then I said well do whatever is easier then.
Secondly, I am not doubting the he sent the wire. I'm sure he did, and I'm sure it bounced, just like it did last time. Somehow he bounced wires with correct information.
The point is, he is dog fucking around and doesn't care when I get my money, because he already has the loan. I was supposed to have my money BEFORE the end of June! Not a few days after, not a couple weeks after.
First he says he's going to send it July 4th (late), then he disappears for that day (must have been at his day job), then I don't hear from him for a few days and I hear from SOMEONE ELSE that he sent it wednesday. No confirmation from him or anything. I messaged him all week, and didn't hear from him until Sunday. On Sunday he says "dude I haven't been home all week fore more than 10 minutes". Like I give a fuck.
It's now July 11th and still no money. That in combination with him being a dick thinking he can boss me around and threaten me with violence, all when I HELPED HIM BY LOANING HIM MONEY, is quite funny.

Usually, I've found, banks make a good faith effort to try and deliver the money, even if you make spelling or say address line mistakes. So unless the swift number was bad, or the account number simply didn't exist and so on, I'd be surprised to see a wire returned.
Many banks fill out the wire form by hand, and then enter in to the system, so it's possible a mistake was made in that process?

Escrow has been set up on the 13th (the day the money was returned to my account) ... and kevin is not returning my messages now..
Oh and even though i shouldn't have... i'm paying interest to him for the late days because of HIS BANK rejecting the wire.

Try to get yourself a credit card that you can take cash advances on if you just need it for cash flow.
They might start you out at a lower limit, but once you use it monthly for a while, even for small purchases, (like hosting) they will usually up your limit without much hassle.

Update: He decided he wanted to do escrow this time around so I went with it. He started the escrow on July 13 and put the wrong amount so had to start a new one. The new one was created on July 16. It is now July 27 and the escrow is still "awaiting buyer payment".
I wonder if escrow bounced his wire back too.Comment
