    ipowerweb sucks!!

    just registered several domains with them because I could get em at $2.95 a whack up to 50 domains per acct..


    Fucking couldve opened 50 yahoo accounts faster than these numbnuts & already been all setup & ready, but these fuckers are slow as fucking shit,,,

    been a few hours now & still only got the verification email for the 1st 10.. where the fucks the rest of them,,, fucking support still no fucking answer & if I call, bet you 10 to 1 I am getting apu from quicky mart on the phone,,,

              Yeah I have Ipowerweb for my personal non money making website. I think it took about 24 hours to get access to set up my site after paying for it. Not the best for industry type stuff, but for personal use it's not much of a big deal you just have to wait to get in there. Sorry to hear they didn't tell you that though.

                  We used to do a lot of mainstream stuff with them, but went elsewhere specifically due to their customer support being shit!

                      Only used them to get the $2.95 domains as I wasn't going to setup 50 yahoo accts,,, been 12 hours now,, fucking argued with fucking budishnarma pudivarmi ramamageesh over in their outsourced support department that finally answered their phone after 30 minutes about their lack of response to my emails & support tickets & what a fucking pain in the ass,,, finally told them to go fuckthemselves that I will go order the 50 domains elsewhere to cancel the order & told them I will be doing a chargeback if they did not reverse the charges,,

                      24-48 hours for them to set it up, I have to wait for that before I can get in there to change dns, etc.. wtf!! I told fucking Kumar that yahoo would have me up & propagated within an hour, & fucking Habib says I need to fax copy of drivers license with fron & back of my credit card???!?!???!?!?! Boy was I fucking ripped & told him where he can stick it!!! No friggen fax.. the driver to my scanner don't work on XP.. so I had to take a pic with my camera & email it as an attachment,,,Fucking cocksuckers-- bullshit, horseshit donkeyballs.. next time I'm just paying the 14.99x50 to directnic

                          ipower is one of the many hosting companies that outsource their tech support to India. Maybe you can ask them for a direct number to the US office instead.
