Once you figure out how to avoid the strip it isn't that bad. That part I have figured out. What I don't know is your cops. I have only had two dealings with them, and both times they were cool. One was very cool. I can't imagine they are all like that all the time.
Like speeding. Do they really have time to mess with that? How fast do you have to be going over the speed limit to get their attention?
